Our unique OO Cream locks in the nutrients of your daily skincare routine while forming a fine, mattifying film to protect from moisture loss (also known as trans epidermal water loss, or TEWL). It helps to seal that all-important moisture while nourishing and protecting your skin.
It’s rich in vitamins and minerals to nourish your skin, whilst calming and protecting with argan oil. You’ll find vitamin E to support your skin’s natural barrier, betulinic acid for enhanced skin tone and clarity, linoleic and linolenic acid, pro-vitamin A and beta-glucan rich colloidal oatmeal to strengthen and repair the skins matrix
Made with organic and natural phyto ingredients, it’s a skin saviour for dry, dehydrated or compromised skin and helps to maintain healthy skin.

What is Trans Epidermal Water Loss (TEWL)?
Trans epidermal water loss (TEWL) describes the loss of water from the skin's surface to the surrounding environment. It is an important factor in maintaining healthy skin, as excessive TEWL can lead to dryness, itching and sensitivity.
TEWL occurs when there is a disruption in the skin's natural barrier, allowing moisture to escape. This disruption can be caused by things like the environment (dry air, low humidity and cold temperatures are all causes of TEWL), ageing, harsh skincare and medical conditions like eczema and psoriasis.
Excessive TEWL can leave your skin dry, flaky, itchy and uncomfortable. It can also affect your skin barrier, leaving your skin dull and prone to infection. It can also leave it feeling tight and sensitive.
Moisturising and protecting your skin with nourishing skincare ingredients like ceramides and fatty acids while avoiding harsh, stripping products. Avoiding hot showers and cold, dry weather can also help to keep TEWL at bay.

Apply a light film of 'OO' Cream to your face and neck area, gently smoothing until fully absorbed. On its own 'OO' Cream can be used as a daily moisturiser. Simply apply with pads of fingers and massage into face, neck and décolleté as required. Can be used daily, morning and night.

COLLOIDAL OATMEAL
This ingredient enters the intracellular lipid matrix to promote regeneration and fortification of the Barrier Function and forms a fine barrier on the skin’s surface preventing trans epidermal water loss.
ORGANIC C02 EXTRACTED ROSE HIP
Abundant in EFA's (Essential Fatty Acids) Omega 6 & Omega 3. Vitamins E, C, and Beta Carotene, it’s an excellent source of trans retinoic acid. This is also known as provitamin A, a natural, gentle form of Vitamin A.
BETULA ALBA (BIRCH) BARK
Birch bark is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant for skin clarity, strength and protection.
VANILLA PLANTIFOLIA EXTRACT
Vanilla has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to soothe and calm irritated skin. Vanillin is a polyphenol with powerful antioxidant properties. Vanilla also contains B vitamins, including niacin, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, and pantothenic acid. All of which help to maintain healthy looking skin.

This really is my non negotiable. It locks in all my other products, it smells divine and I love that it keeps my skin really plump all day long. ( Great make up base too) Superb value.
I tried a sample of this ages ago but didn't use it over an oil, so I found it overly mattifying. Having migrated all my skincare over to JS in the last few months, I decided to give this product another try, now that I have 2 of Jane's wonderful oils. Now I see what the fuss is all about! What a stunning moisturiser when you use it properly and apply over an oil. No piling, it still mattifies but beautifully so, and takes that extra shine off the oil which I was struggling to balance with my skin type. I absolutely love it. The colour and smell are divine. I use it morning and night, a pleasure to use, such good value for the size of the tub. Very highly recommended.

I am on my third pot of OO cream, it lasts for ages, you only need the tiniest film on your skin. I use occasionally it with no other product if in a rush. You know it's working for you, with all it's magnificent ingredients and bright colour. Thumbs up for OO cream.
