Rich in nutrients, whilst being lightweight and gentle on the skin, pair with our 'OO' Cream for firmer, moisturised and protected skin. The combination of oils creates a cocktail of vitamin A, natural fruit peptides and sea buckthorn to repair and renew the skin.

Affirmative Oil also helps to tone the skin and support the skin’s natural barrier and matrix for healthy, balanced skin - especially in menopausal or post-menopausal skin.

Why does skin lose collagen?
Collagen is a protein that’s a crucial element of your skin. It makes up around 70% of the skin’s protein and is responsible for giving your skin that bounce and plumpness that’s usually associated with healthy skin. As you get older, the body naturally produces less collagen - and this picks up pace during and after the menopause.

As skin starts to contain less collagen, you might notice sagging skin, jowls, loss of volume and skin that just doesn’t look or feel as firm. It might also start to feel dry or dull. These factors are all completely natural and part of the normal ageing process.
